    George Tsemberlis

    George's philosophy begins and ends with self-confidence. His one-on-one training sessions provide particular focus on each exercise, and maximize ease of mind. When in a relaxed and motivating training environment he mind and body learn simultaneously, allowing a deeper understanding of what fitness means, and how it can improve your lifestyle. If fitness isn't something that has previously appealed to you, George will help you find your inspiration. If you're already involved in fitness, he'll make sure you safely reach your goals.

    Ivy has devoted years of her life making sure people reach their health and fitness goals. Her philosophy is holistic and natural – fitness starts with what's going in your mouth! She specializes in designing side-by-side training and nutrition programs to suit your lifestyle needs, incorporating not only allergies, but simple dislikes. Whether it's weight loss, help with an injury, or overall health improvement, she's devoted to helping you achieve your goals.
