Each 50 minute 1 on 1 personal training session is spent with one of our finest personal trainers to motivate and guide you in the safest and effective way possible.
Two people receive individualized programs depending on their fitness levels with one of our finest personal trainers at half the cost.
SMALL group Training
This option consists of 3-5 people per 50min session and is perfect for any individual who wants to get in shape or stay in shape.
Classes include up to 15 people and offer a variety of hard to find disciplines that all challenge your body in different ways. Please click on the classes tab for class description and up to date schedule.
Sport Specific Training
These 1 on 1 sessions are perfect for individuals who currently play or want to play a sport. Our trainers will create a program for each athlete made to get them stronger and more explosive so they can master their game.
