Group fitness training allows you to create your own small group (with a minimum of 3ppl) or join one of ours at a fraction of the cost. By working with a knowledgeable fitness professional, your workouts will change as you progress, preventing hitting a plateau and getting bored. Sharing the workout enhances the experience for all the participants while having fun each step of the way! Bottom line, when you stick with a knowledgeable trainer and train with others, you are more likely to stick with it and therefore see great results!
Small Group Training
This group fitness option consists of 3-5 people per 50min session and uses a variety of training methods to help sculpt, tone, and build your body to look and feel your best.
Certified Personal Training
These 1 on 1 customized programs are designed to ensure exercises are done effectively and safely for the purpose of reaching personal health and fitness goals.
Sport Specific Training
These 1 on 1 sessions are perfect for individuals who currently play or want to play a sport.
With our Buddy Package, two people receive individualized programs depending on their fitness levels with one of our finest personal trainers at 1/2 the cost.
