George has been training me consistently for the past 3 years. His first session with me was spent targeting what was best health wise for me and in addition our time was spent talking about what I wanted from my sessions with him. I have been training with George for close to 3 years now. I would like to tell you about my experience with George. In October, 2008 I had Gastric Bypass Surgery. I was loosing weight steadily, but was afraid to plateau and not gain any muscle tone. I would like to take this opportunity to talk about my overall experience with George. I have been training with George for well over several years now. Prior to my experience with George, I had reached a plateau. I was not seeing any further progress beyond a certain point even though I was continuing to workout and eat healthy. The problem was - and this is the problem most people encounter without even realizing it – is I THOUGHT I was working out properly and eating healthy but in reality I was not. I've always thought myself to be quite knowledgeable when it comes to working out, but George has taught me so much more about fitness. I decided to train in order to rehabilitate and strengthen my ankle, as a Grade 3 ankle sprain kept me immobile for 7 weeks. I have been training with George for four years. Over the past four years, George has introduced me to new workout routines and has adapted the routines to target my needs. I look forward to working out with him each week and being challenged with the many activities he has planned….from cardio circuits to strength training to abs routines. After training with George for a year, I was able to run the New Jersey Half Marathon, and am well on my way to running a full marathon.
